D. José Criado Baena

Bachelor of Law from the University of Deusto and Advocate collegiate No 163 of Malaga Law Society. As a member of the party Union for Central Democracy(UCD) formed part of the first democratic Town Hall (1977-1981) as Councilor of Finance. Since 1966 he has practiced as a lawyer in Marbella and specializes in conveyancing for overseas purchasers. He has also acted as an associate advisor for the BBVA bank since 1984. He speaks English and French.

D. Alejandro Javier Criado Sánchez

Doctor of Law from the University of Granada, having obtained a "extra-ordinary doctorate prize" for his doctoral thesis on the planning and development authorities. Lawyer of Malaga Law Society and Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Cadiz. He specializes in Planning Law, in both professional practice and in organizing courses, through the Urban Development and Education Foundation, where he is President of the board. Degree in Law from the University of Granada, with 2 years study of Jurisprudence at the University of Pavia (Italy). Her speciality is the prevention of occupational hazards. She is a Post Graduate judicial calligraphy and Forensic Document expert in Socio-linguistics from the University of Barcelona. She speaks English and Italian.

D. Jose Francisco Criado Sánchez

Law Degree from the University of Granada. Specialises in Conveyancing and tax consultancy to overseas purchasers. Participates with the firm through Criado & Kraus in tax consultancy to overseas clients and advice on procedural matters. He speaks English and French.
